PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition having excellent stainproofness by mixing an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate having a specified ethylene content and an at least specified degree of saponification with a thermoplastic resin having a specified SP value and a boron compound. SOLUTION: This composition comprises an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer saponificate (A) having an ethylene content of 20-60 mol% and a degree of saponification of at least 90 mol%, a thermoplastic resin (B) such as a polystyrene compound having an SP value of 8.5-11 and containing at least 30 wt.% substituents having a small number of 250 or above in the molecule and a boron compound (C) such as calcium borate in such amounts that the A/B ratio is (95-50)/(5-50) by weight, and 0.001-0.1 pt.wt. C is present per 100 pts.wt. A. This composition is laminated on a base of a thermoplastic resin such as a vinyl chloride resin or a polyolefin resin. The thickness of the composition is 1-50μm, and that of the base is 50-10,000μm. The thickness of the adhesive between them is about 0.1-10μm.
