PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not room temperature can be set to a setting value obtained when the room temperature is changed upon change of a room temperature setting value. SOLUTION: An air conditioning monitor controller comprises a control determining means 2 for determining whether or not room temperature can be changed to a temperature setting value and an alarm display means 5 for displaying that the room temperature cannot be set to the temperature setting value. Thus, it is determined whether or not the room temperature can be set to the set room temperature from the current value of a room temperature sensor 3 and the current operation state of an air conditioner.
