FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivative of quinoline (naphthyridine) carboxylic acid of the formula (I) $$$ that has 4-aminomethyl- -3-oximepyrrolidine substitute at position 7 of quinolone ring and shows high antibacterial activity as compared with the known quinolone antibacterial agents of low activity against gram-positive bacterial strains. Compound of the formula (I) has R, $$$ and Q that are similar to indicated in description.
