SOLUTION: In the time of forming a build-up layer by irradiating the surface of a base metal 11 composed of an aluminum alloy with a laser beam 9 by relatively moving against the base metal 11 while a copper alloy powder 5 is thrown in, and melting the copper alloy powder 5 to form a build-up layer 1, a final end part E to be made in the building-up working final part is lapped onto a beginning end part S to be made in the building-up working beginning part of the build-up layer 1 and the build-up layer 1 is formed. In this time, the inclining angle θ of the surface 1a of the beginning end part S to the surface of the base metal 11 is made to be as 8 deg.<θ<27 deg.. |
