<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the temperature of a machine tool, a workpiece, their surroundings, etc., to control the operation state of the machine tool in the case of abnormality and to prevent a fire from occurring. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a temperature sensor 3 which contactlessly detects the temperature of a machine tool 1, a workpiece 2 and their ambient part, a firing predicting part 5 which observes a signal from the sensor 3 and emits an alarm signal of a fire occurrence prediction based on the observation result and an operation controlling means 7 which performs operation control of the machine tool 1 and also controls an operation state to suppress fire occurrence when an alarm signal is emitted.</p> |
