FIELD: rubber industry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out for two or three stages. At the first stage part of monomers and part of components of emulsion polymerization are added and (co)polymerized up to conversion degree 3-80%. At the second stage a remained amount of (co)monomers and components of emulsion polymerization are added and (co)polymerization is carried out at ratio monomer : polymer for the second stage 0.20, not less, up to conversion degree of (co)polymers 60-85%. At three-stage polymerization on the second stage at conversion 55-65% (co)monomers feeding is stopped and process is carried out to conversion degree 60-85%. Polymerization is carried out under inert atmosphere in the absence of oxygen and preferably at 10-50 C.
