PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealing performance by increasing the internal stress of an elastic body compressed by a cover to enhance the adhesion between a bulkhead member and the elastic body and the adhesion between a wiry body and the elastic body. SOLUTION: The numerical value of the depth (d) of the body part 23c of a grommet 23 is smaller than the exposed height (h) of the body part 23c of the grommet 23. Thus, the capacity of a recessed part 23b is smaller than the volume of the body part 23c of the grommet 23, and the body part 23c of the grommet 23 can not be sufficiently covered with the recessed part 23b in the state where the cover 24 is fitted to the grommet 23, and a clearance (x) (=h-d) is formed between the cover 24 and a motor plate 21. The motor plate 21 and the cover 24 are fastened to a valve housing by bolts. Thus, the grommet 23 is compressed within the recessed part 24b of the cover 24 to render the clearance (x) 0. The close adhesion between the grommet 23 and a lead wire 22 is thus improved, and the close adhesion between the grommet 23 and the motor plate 21 is also improved. |
