PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deterioration of strength and elasticity modulus, under the high humidity environment, of a fiber reinforced composite material formed by using epoxy sizing reinforced fibers and forming matrix resin by the reaction injection molding of polyamide resin such as RIM nylon. SOLUTION: Reinforced fibers to which an epoxy sizing agent adheres are immersed in a solution in which a curing agent (for example, polyaminoamido) is dissolved in ethanol to completely cure the epoxy sizing agent, and then the reinforced fibers to which the completely cured epoxy sizing agent (epoxy resin) adheres are disposed in a mold and RIM nylon is injected into a mold to form matrix resin. |
