METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING DIOXINS FROM BEING EMITTED FROM INCINERATOR FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a possibility of emitting dioxins produced at the time of starting an incinerator out of a system by enabling an exhaust gas treatment device to treat low temperature combustion gas at an early stage of starting-up, which has been usually discharged as it is in the past. SOLUTION: During a starting-up operating of an incinerator 1 equipped with a boiler 2, until temperature of a main body of the boiler 2 is raised and temperature of gas in the boiler 2 is raised through boiler water and gas passage to a gas treatment device 3 becomes possible, injection of steam is continued through a steam injection tube 7 connected with a water pipe part or downcast pipe of the boiler 2. After the gas in the boiler 2 reaches a specified temperature, gas passage to the exhaust gas device 3 is started.
