PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To announce exact information to a person handicapped in hearing or the like by transmitting data inputted to a sensor by radio, analyzing these data and indicating a suitable message on a display. SOLUTION: When the data of voices are inputted to a microphone sensor 4, these data are transmitted from a transmitter 1 to a transmitter/receiver 2, and a voice recognizing function at the transmitter/receiver 2 discriminates the kind of voices and outputs the suitable message onto a display 5 corresponding to that kind of voices. When human voices are inputted to the sensor 4, for example, the message output function of transmitter/receiver 2 to the display is operated so as to display the message of 'there are human voices outside' on the display and when the barking of dog is inputted, that function is operated so as to display the message of 'dog is barking outside' respectively. At the same time, it is reported to surrounding persons by flickering a lamp 6. On the other hand, a radio wave instructing the operation of vibrator 7 is transmitted from the transmitter/receiver 2 and the vibrator 7 is operated through a receiver 3 so that it can be reported to a person carrying the receiver on his body. |
