PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dropping down of a component even by separating a hand therefrom, when the component is temporarily placed on a wall surface of a body. SOLUTION: In an upper edge of a pair of right/left pawls 18, 18 protrudingly provided on a wall surface of a body 11, notches 18a, 18a are respectively formed, a pair of hook holes 22a, 22a formed in a seat belt retractor 12 mounted in the wall surface of the body are float fitted respectively to a pair of the pawls, to be temporarily hooked to the notch. To the wall surface of the body, a nut 16 is secured, a through hole 22c capable of inserting a bolt 23 screwed to this nut is formed in the retractor, and groove surfaces 18b, 18b in a wall surface side of the notch are formed in a moderate slope. A pair of the right/left pawls are respectively tilted to protrude so that upper edges mutually separate and lower edges mutually approach, a pair of the hook holes are respectively formed in a tilted slot so as to make upper edges mutually separate and lower edges mutually approach. |
