PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent splashed water drops from infiltrating to the inside of a dispenser, by forming the overall length of the inside cylinder and sleeve of a screw cap to the distance between the vertical movements of a piston plus the length of a male screw or above. SOLUTION: The male screw 4s formed at a slide fitting cylinder 4f and female screw 3e formed at the sleeve 3c are engaged to each other. The dispenser 1 is fixed by inserting the cylinder part into a container and holding the flange 2a of the cylinder placed at the mouth end of the container with a top cap 3d of the screw cap 3 for mounting. The screwing of the sleeve 3c and the slide fitting cylinder 4f is released at the time of using the dispenser 1. At this time, the top end of the piston 4a is pressed to the bottom end face of the sleeve 3c and is stopped by energization of the spring 13. Then, the male screw 4s is prevented from being exposed to the top end of the inside cylinder 3c. The slide fitting cylinder 4f and the inside cylinder 3c are a sliding by fit and, therefore, the stagnation of the water drops therebetween does not arise and the infiltration of the liquid into the dispenser 1 does not arise. |
