PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew from adhering the outer surface of a ventilation duct by controlling the compression capacity of a capacity-variable compressor based on the detection data of a temperature sensor and a moisture sensor for detecting the temperature and moisture of air being sucked into an indoor machine and the duct outer surface temperature sensor of the ventilation duct. SOLUTION: A suction air temperature and moisture on cooling operation are detected and a zero-point-corresponding temperature Q corresponding to the data is read from a storage part (S102), a temperature Ta of a duct outer surface temperature sensor is detected (S103), and it is judged that a dew- formation prevention control is being made currently in the case of flag = 1 (S104). Otherwise, it is judged whether the temperature Ta is lower than the zero-point-corresponding temperature Q or not (S113). If it is lower, there is no risk of generating dew on the surface of the ventilation duct. Therefore, the flag is set to 1 (S114) for indicating that the dew formation prevention control is being made, an operating frequency Fn of a capacity-varying compressor is changed to a dew formation prevention frequency Fs (S115), and the speed of the capacity-varying compressor is reduced. |
