PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent oil from blowing out or leaking by forming a breather chamber in a cover part fitted to the opening end part of a main body part, and forming an oil reflux passage communicating with a specified spot in the case where pressure is lowered. SOLUTION: A breather camber 29 is formed on the above position of the rotary axis of a ring gear 9 in a casing cover part 1. The vicinity of the outer circumferenctial part of the ring gear 9 is communicated to the breather chamber 29 through a small opening part formed on a deflector 30, and a space part A1 on a far place from the ring gear 9 is communicated to the breather chamber 29 through a communicating pipe 35. Consequently, air is exhausted through a breather 32, and pressure rise of the inner space A1 of a casing 1 is restrained. Meanwhile, because the bottom part of the breather camber 29 is communicated with the stop where pressure is lowered by a pump action accompanying rotation of a conical roller bearing 4 in the inner space A1 by an oil reflex passage 33, oil is sucked from the breather chamber 29, and reflux to the inner space A1 is promoted.
