PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of cracks during sintering in a closed body using a functionally/gradient material. SOLUTION: This closed body is laminated in plurality while a mixture 1 of conductive and non-conductive components change a mixture rate, and a bonding face of each mixture body has an angle ofα,βwith respect to a laminate direction X. The mixture body 1 is doughnut-shaped provided with a power supply lead opening 2 at its center. The mixture body 1 is circularly formed in a sectional substantial V-shape. A mixture body at either one end of the mixture body 1 is a mixture consisting of only the conductive component, and/or a mixture body at the other end is a mixture consisting of only the non-conductive component.
