PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of reducing the handling time of the operation of removing an invalid recording sheet by a user, without stopping the rotation of an endless belt, even if a recording sheet can not be peeled from the rotary endless belt at a fixed peeling position. SOLUTION: The recording sheet 3 is closely stuck to the rotary endless belt 8 and a toner image is transferred to the recording sheet 3. Then, a repeeling position P2 for the recording sheet 3 is provided in a part nearer to the downstream side in the rotational direction of the endless belt 8 than a peeling position P1 . It is constituted so that when the invalid recording sheet still closely stuck to the belt 8, even after a passage through the peeling position P1 exists, the invalid recording sheet is peeled from the belt 8 at the repeeling position P2 , in a state where the above-mentioned image forming operation is continued, while the invalid recording sheet after being peeled at the repeeling position P2 is separated from the recording sheet 3 after being peeled at the original peeling position P1 , to be taken out of a device. |
