PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop an air-conditioning equipment or to change an operation state inexpensively by outputting a control signal to be stored in a memory to the air-conditioning equipment when a water level abnormality detection sensor of a drain water detects the failure of water level in a collection tank. SOLUTION: When the water level of drain water stagnating in a collection tank 9 through a drain pipe 27 from an air-conditioning equipment 2 reaches a drain-starting water level 11, a drain starting signal is outputted from a float sensor 12 to a control circuit, a drain pump 13 is driven, and the drain water is pumped above a ceiling 1. The control circuit turns on an alarm lamp and at the same time sends a control signal to an air-conditioning equipment 2 as a light signal from an LED 23 when the float sensor 12 detects an abnormal water level. The air-conditioning equipment 2 receives the control signal and stops operation or changes an operation state, thus stopping the power supply of the body of the air-conditioning equipment 2 and switching to a blowing operation without generating drain water without improving the body of the air-conditioning equipment 2. |
