PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the control of condiment intake and eliminate the need for measuring the condiments each time, by grouping containers containing the condiments of different volumes into a set, and by making it possible to select the volumes of the condiments according to day's intake. SOLUTION: A plurality of bags 101, 102, and 103 composing a set 100 each contain at least one bag holding a different volume. The bags 101, 102, and 103 are transparent bags to allow their contents to be seen through them, and their sizes may be the same or different. The total of the voices which the bags 101, 102, and 103 hold consists of specific unit amount, for example, day's salt intake. As the material of the bags 101, 102, and 103, any material suitable for storing a liquid, highly viscous liquid, granules, or powder suffices. Also, the bags 101, 102, and 103 may be provided with marks indicating the volumes. |
