PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine supply virion and its composition by including an expression system for a protein active ingredient packaged in a retrovirus- derived envelope. SOLUTION: This composition contains replication deficient retrovirus particles capable of infecting a human cell therewith and a carrier. The retrovirus particles contain an RNA sequence capable of coding a human protein and the RNA is operably bound to a promoter and expressible in the human cell. The protein is cytokine or a tissue plasminogen activator. The medicine supply virion is especially useful when administering a substance required for passage through a cell membrane in order to fulfill functions thereof. The medicinal composition is capable of taking measures for incorporation problems by the cell targetted for treatment with the medicine and ensuring the finding of a route to a cytoplasm or a nucleus of the cell.
