<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability and operability when information is taken out of the system more than once by retrieving relative information files of only selection information on the basis of the selection information, invalidation information, and connection information read out of a medium form. SOLUTION: Information regarding a specific words, documents, symbols, or graphic is stored in a file server 101 in advance. Then desired selection information or selection invalidation information among pieces of entry information on the medium form 102 is given a mark M or cancel mark T by using a marker 106. Then a scanner 103 reads the mark M or cancel mark T and connection information and a medium form number out of the medium form 102. A personal computer 105 when inputting the mark M or cancel mark T and connection information and medium form number specifies selection information given only the mark M, retrieves and takes corresponding relative information files out of the file server 101 according to the connection information, and outputs them on relative information file recording paper through a printer 104.</p> |
