PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact color image recorder capable of preventing the occurrence of banding, at a low cost. SOLUTION: Image carriers 10Y, 10M, 10C and 10K are supported by supporting members 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 5e, 6Y, 6M, 6C and 6K for supporting the respective image carriers, at three supporting points in each end part on the outer periphery in the vicinities of both end parts in the longitudinal direction of each image carrier. Out of the above-mentioned supporting members, the supporting members 5b, 5c and 5d are of common supporting members for supporting two image carriers in common and the supporting members 6Y, 6M, 6C and 6K constitute part of transfer means 3Y, 3M, 3C and 3k. |
