PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking brake device realizing a maintenance free condition of a brake cable. SOLUTION: This parking brake device is a parking brake device 10 supporting a base part 13 of an operating lever L capable of swiveling to a base member 11 fixedly provided in a car body side to apply a brake by raising the operating lever from a turned down position to a rise up position, to be constituted so as to provide a brake cable C with one end mounted in a braking part and the other end supported slidably to the operating lever. Here, in the base part 13, a guide part G inserting the brake cable is provided, the device has a trunnion pin 30 having a through hole float inserting an end shaft 20 arranged in a front end side of the guide part to be connected to a front end side of the brake cable, adjusting spring 21 energizing the end shaft in a direction drawn out from the guide part, first support part 22 capable of supporting one side of the trunnion pin 30 with the through hole as a boundary, and a second support part G1 supporting the other end side with the through hole as a boundary. |
