摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly knead thermoplastic materials of different types by separately heating the materials so that viscosity difference of the materials of the different types becomes small, and then kneading the respective materials. SOLUTION: Biodegradable resin material is supplied into a cylinder 11 by a first material supply unit 5, and transferred to a downstream side by a screw 12. At this time, the material is gradually plasticized by heat from a heater 10 and kneading by the screw 12, and hence its viscosity is changed. And, a heating amount of the heater 10 and rotational speed of the screw 12 are regulated so that the material is plasticized to viscosity adapted to kneading while it is moved to a second material supply port 43. Then, modified starch is heated in a heating plasticizing unit 41, regulated to the same viscosity as that of the biodegradable resin material of the port 43 part, and supplied into the cylinder 11. And, the resin material and modified starch are agitated by the screw 12. Since they are regulated to the same viscosity with satisfactory affinity, they are uniformly mixed.
