PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage a recording medium in which an endoscope image is recorded, by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: When a series of photographing is completed, a command corresponding to a print-out is inputted from an information input part 9, thereby overall index information being the common information of the endoscope image that has been photographed and recorded on a positive film 6 is printed out on an index label by means of a printing part 11. The index label is stuck on a cartridge 13 for managing the positive film 6.
