FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water; it is thoroughly mixed, passed through carbon-cleaning battery, and simultaneously, aromatic alcohol of pine oil and 65.8-% sugar syrup are introduced into finishing tank. Aromatic alcohol is preliminarily mixed with sugar syrup and aged for 10-20 min. After introduction of ingredients, vodka is mixed, its strength is corrected, and then prepared product is filtered and bottled. For preparation of 1000 dal of vodka, the following ingredients are used: aromatic alcohol of pine oil, 2.0-3.0 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 16.5-17.5 l; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water, the balance, up to 40% strength. EFFECT: broadened assortment of special vodkas; higher organoleptical properties due to preservation of aromatic substances adsorbed on sugar. 3 exp
