Adhesive is prepared by moisture and thermomechanical treatment at pressure of 1.5-2.5 MPa and temperature of 169-180 C in admixture with starch or meal with moisture content of 13.2-17.3, antiseptic such as sodium cartocide or sorbate and oxidizer such as calcium hypochlorite.
