PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding die of the constitution of limiting an area of generating a weld line to a narrow space. SOLUTION: At least sections of fixing pins 9a and 9b for indicating and fixing an insert material 1 on the given position in a cavity of an insert molding die are formed into the long and narrow sectional shape along the flowing direction of a molten resin material. The resin, flowing around the fixing pins 9a and 9b are smoothed by the arrangement, and turbulent flows are not generated on the downstream side of the fixing pins 9a and 9b, and the generation of a weld line is limited in the extremely limited range right under the downstream side of the fixing pins 9a and 9b. The weld line can be covered easily together with ejection holes of the fixing pins 9a and 9b by a component added for the purpose of decoration or the like, and an insert molded product substantially free from weld lines can be manufactured. |
