At this time, the timing set up of three phase horizontal transfer pulsesϕH1,ϕH2,ϕH3 pulsated by a timing generator 15 is performed so that the transfer operation of a horizontal transfer register 14 may be performed within the resetting term by the reset pulse R of a charge detector 16.
