PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reverse flow of brake fluid to a master cylinder when a fluid pressure source is changed, in a fluid pressure brake control device using the master cylinder and a high pressure source selectively as the fluid pressure source. SOLUTION: In the case of a system normal, M/C cut valves 30, 40, 46, 56 are placed in a closed condition, linear control valves 80, 82, 86, 88, 90, 92, 94, 96 are controlled, so as to control a wheel cylinder pressure. In the case of detecting abnormality of the system, first the linear control valves 80, 82, 86, 88 are placed in a closed condition, next the M/C cut valves 30, 40, 46, 56 are opened, so as to make wheel cylinders 37, 42, 52, 58 communicate with a master cylinder 16. |
