PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform, in the case a copy is made in a full-color image forming mode, a third person of the massage for the purpose of offering assistance for copying operation and monitoring prohibited copying by providing an informing means or the like for giving, in response to the operation to form a full- color copy image, the information to a third person except an operator which can be recognized. SOLUTION: In the case the copying operation to form a full-color image is being carried out, a full-color image copy start signal is transmitted to a computer PC 60 from IC 148 for an input/output control, and its message is displayed on a CRT 61, thereby informing the third person (supervisor) that a copy is being made in the full-color image formating mode. Then, the device judges whether the image of an original document is that of a banknote or not. In case the device recognizes it as the banknote, a banknote recognition signal is transmitted to the PC 60 from IC 148 for the input/output control, and a screen indicating the possibility of illegal copying appears onto the CRT 61. Thus, the third person can monitor and check whether a prohibited copy is taken or not. |
