PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability at the time of accessing relating data corresponding to first and second objects for constituting moving images, to simplify the management of the location information of the relating data and to almost evade the loss of the location information of the relating data by the error of transmission. SOLUTION: At the time of encoding and transmitting digital image signals corresponding to the first and second objects ob1 and ob2 for constituting the moving images MI, encoded bit strings 101 and 102 as the image encoded signals of the respective objects to be transmitted are added to display bit strings (encoded data) 14, 18, 24 and 27 as information for display for image displaying the respective objects and a data structure provided with location bit strings 13, 17 and 23 as the location information as the relating data relating to the respective objects is attained.
