PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and high-efficiently fill a housing with lubrication oil. SOLUTION: By forming an air bleed hole 45 in the side, positioned in the vicinity of a lower end side of an upper bearing 15 of a housing 42, when lubrication oil fed in a reduction gear mechanism containing part 13 flows in an oil reservoir chamber 44 through a gap between the inner and outer rings 15A and 15B of the upper bearing 15, air in the oil reservoir chamber 44 is discharged through an air bleed hole 45 to the outside of the housing 42. This constitution performs rapid introduction of lubrication oil, fed in the reduction gear mechanism containing part 13, in the oil reservoir chamber 44 and performs a rapid and high-efficient work to fill the housing 42 with lubrication oil. |
