PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily handle a forgotten medium by noticing the forgetting of the medium through a portable information communication device such as a beeper that the customer has right after the customer forgets to take the medium. SOLUTION: A center system 1 once informed that a card is forgotten retrieves whether or not the telephone number of the portable information communication equipment is registered from a magnetic disk drive 102 by using identification information as a key and sends the telephone number back to the automatic teller machine 2 as an answer to the notice of the card forgetting when the telephone number is registered. The automatic teller machine 2 decides whether or not the reception contents includes the telephone number and instructs a public network communication control part 205 to dial the telephone number when the telephone number is found. Once the line is engaged, a fixed message stored in a memory 202 is sent out. The automatic teller machine 2 also informs a, staff of the store of business that the medium is forgotten. When the customer visits the counter again, the medium is returned. |
