PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the storage efficiency related to a file and the security related to the file. SOLUTION: An input part 4 accepts a file name as a conversion object, a conversion method for the file, and a conversion date, and a set contents storage part 6 stores the file name, the conversion method for the file, and the a conversion date accepted by the input part 4 corresponding to one another. When the date stored in the set contents storage part 6 coincides with the time of a timer 7 a CPU 9 converts the file having the corresponding to file name by the corresponding conversion method to update the pertinent file in a storage part 3. Consequently, the corresponding file is converted in or after the conversion date to reflect the result on the storage part 3 without user's attention, and the storage efficiency is improved and the security is improved. |
