<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately demodulate the receiving waves as son as a control means starts by preparing a means with which the control means reads the initial value out of a storage means at its start time and gives the initial value to a reference generation means. SOLUTION: A control means 16 gives the value with which the frequency of a prescribed reference signal changes in the direction where the deviation of the means 16 is compressed to a reference generation means 11. At the same time, an initialization means 18 stores the value that is steadily given to the means 11 with desired accuracy in a storage means as the initial value. When the means 16 is started, the initial value is read out and given to the means 11. Thus, a local oscillation means 12 produces a local oscillation frequency of the same frequency as the local oscillation signal based on the reference signal whose frequency is set according to the initial value. Therefore, the frequency conversion and demodulation which are applied to the pseudo receiving waves are applied to the receiving waves to be given to a frequency conversion means 13 by the means 13 and a demodulation means 14 respectively. As a result, the receiving waves can be quickly and accurately converted into a string of signal points as soon as the means 16 starts.</p> |
