METALLIZED FILM CAPACITOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matellized film capacitor capable of preventing incidence of damage generated in the film manufacturing process and thermal deterioration generated during evaporation and improving dielectric strength and durability of the laminated capacitor manufactured by processing a coated film hardened by an activated energy beam irradiation of a deposited film as a dielectric. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin film having a maximum height (Rmax) of its surface 1.5μm or less and its thickness of 0.3 to 3.0μm contains 0.01 to 5.0 weight % of a particle A having an average particle size (d50) of 0.3 to 2.0μm and a particle-size distribution (d25/d75) of 2.0 or less, and has a metal evaporated layer on both its sides. The capacitor is made by laminating films having dielectric layer hardened by irradiation of at least one surface of the metal evaporated layers with an activated energy beam.
