PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position the upper dead center and the lower dead center of a stripping edge with good accuracy and to strip even a comparatively small wire by a method, wherein a cam member is coupled to the support body of the stripping edge and the amount of cut in of the stripping edge is controlled by an electric control means. SOLUTION: An upper edge 51 and a lower edge 52 for stripping treatment are provided with slide mechanisms, and cam members 60, 64 are fixed, via respective couplings 59a, 59b, to the shaft tip parts of stepping motors 57, 58. Continuous cam faces 60a, 60b are formed partly on outer circumferential faces of the cam members 60, 64. Support members 61a, 61b can be turned, and they are positioned and fixed. The upper edge 51 and the lower edge 52 are fixed to arms 62a, 62b when the stepping motors 57, 58 are turned, or they are moved to a position in the vertical direction so as to be interlocked with the arms. Their positions are decided in such a way that the stepping motors 57, 58 are turned by an angle of rotation according to the number of pulses to be input from a control device, and the positions (the lower dead center and the upper dead center) in the vertical direction of the upper edge and the lower edge are adjusted. |
