PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information generating method and its system where important personal information is not easily known by the 3rd party, in the case that a document with important personal information described thereon such as a personal history is submitted, stored and transferred should the document be missing or lost. SOLUTION: This method employs a watermark image-generating decoding section 35 that embeds personal information 32, such as personal history and data management information 33 to manage the personal information 32 or the like into image data 31, such as a portrait photograph by using key information 34 and to form watermark image information, and watermark image information is sent from a transmission section 37. An opposite side communication terminal equipment 38 uses the key information 34 sent separately from a transmitter side and uses equipment similar to that of the transmitter side to extract the information, included in the watermark image and the watermark image, generating decoding section 35 decodes history information 36. It is set such that the receiver side cannot reference embedded information in the watermark image information, without the key information 34. |
