TRANSMISSION POWER CONTROL METHOD FOR TERMINAL IN CDMA-TYPE CELLULAR COMMUNICATION NETWORK, BASE STATION EXECUTING THE METHOD AND CONTROLLER FOR BASE STATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the transmission power of an operation terminal within one cell or a cell group by supplementing the increase of the transmission power of several terminals whose quality of up direction communication from the terminal to a base station is not satisfactory by means of the reduction of the transmission power of the terminal whose up direction communication condition is more satisfactory. SOLUTION: In the transmission power of n1=3-pieces of terminals whose transmission condition is not satisfactory, the transmission power of n2=4-pieces of terminals whose transmission condition is more satisfactory is reduced by 0.25 dB and the increase of allocated transmission power is supplemented by the reduction of obtained power when 0.5 dB is to be increased for one terminal, 0.25 dB for the other two terminals and 1 dB for whole power. Power reduction can be differently distributed on the plural terminals receiving a more satisfactory Eb/No ratio by requesting much more transmission power to be reduced in the terminal whose Eb/No ratio as a quality reference is the largest in n2- pieces of terminals compared to the other terminal (n2-1).
