PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interlink the operation of a plurality of pulse generators with no intermediary of host by communicating control information among a plurality of pulse generators. SOLUTION: Operation can be interlinked among a plurality of pulse generators with no intermediary of host by not only allowing independent processing of unit pulse generators 3a-3n but also communicating control information among the plurality of pulse generators 3a-3n. Since a network 22 for transmitting an emergency control signal, represented by an emergency stop request signal of a motor, is separated from a network 21 for transmitting an ordinary motor control signal, the risk of being interfered by the transmission of an ordinary motor control signal is avoided and the real time controllability can be enhanced. Furthermore, since the degree of physical freedom is increased between a central processor 1 and stepping motors a-5n, the degree of freedom is increased in the layout of an apparatus and the extendability is enhanced. |
