<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce assembly man-hours, so as to contribute toward reducing its production costs by a method, wherein a relay holding part is leveled and set to a state that it is nearly flush with the bottom face of a board. SOLUTION: When a board 3 is pushed into a board holding part 2a in a state maintaining a horizontal posture, the board 3 is held by the board holding part 2a. When relay terminals of a relay 4 are inserted into insertion holes which are bored and formed in a bottom plate 28 at a relay-holding part 2b, the relay 4 is placed on the relay-holding part 2b. Then, the board 3 is placed on the board holding part 2a, an upper package 22 in a state that the relay 4 is held in the relay-holding part 2b is sent to a soldering process to which a flow soldering system is applied, the relay terminals are connected to a bus bar 6 by a soldering treatment in the process, and various electronic components which are mounted on the board 3 are connected to circuits on the board 3. Thereby, after a soldering treatment of the board 3, it is possible to omit an operation in which the relay 4 is assembled to the relay-holding part 2b.</p> |
