PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make mass production of solid recording media by executing printing by using a stamp of a solid electrolyte. SOLUTION: A substrate 1 consisting of an acrylic resin is irradiated with molecular beams of aluminum in a vacuum to form an aluminum film 2 on its surface. This substrate is put into a space filled with oxygen and an aluminum oxide film 3 is formed on the surface of this aluminum film. A plurality of very fine holes 4 are formed on the surface of a stabilized zirconia plate by using laser beams, etc., and an original printing plate 5 formed with these holes as information is formed. The rear surface thereof is provided with an electrode 6. The substrate is put into a space filled with chlorine 7 and the surface of the original printing plate is brought into tight contact with the aluminum oxide film. An electrode 8 is brought into tight contact with the arbitrary place of the aluminum oxide film. A plus voltage is applied on the electrode 6 on the rear surface of the original printing plate and a minus voltage on the electrode 8 and, thereafter, the original printing plate is pulled up in the state of keeping the plate impressed with the voltage. The substrate is put into a space filled with an inert gas and the surface thereof is hermetically closed with the acrylic resin. |
