PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable forming an excellent image with a compact developing device, while uniformly maintaining a static charge performance of the developer mixture by controlling at least one side of transporting speed of first stirring means or the transporting speed of second stirring means. SOLUTION: This image forming device is constituted that the recovered developer, transported, stirred and made free from a lump by a transporting screw 602 is put into a first stirring section S1 in a developing device 2, and mix-agitated with the fresh developer being similarly put therein by a magnet roller 302. The developer mixture is transported to the second stirring section S2 by the first stirring means 204, and fed into a developing sleeve 201 by the second stirring means 203. The first stirring means 204 and the second stirring means 203 is respectively constituted so as possible to be independently switch-controlled through clutches group for instance, at the specific rotary speed and the half rotary speed thereof. Then, the respective rotary speed of stirring means 203 and 204 is controlled by judging original images amount from the reflection light quantity, whether this amount is beyond or below the specified value. |
