PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor management system in which visitor information can be exactly captured, and a secret can be observed against the other party to which the transfer of the visitor information is not desired. SOLUTION: When visitor information is transferred to an ID tag 13, the code of a booth to which the transfer of the visitor information is not desired is transferred together. The ID tag 13 receives the code from a terminal equipment 12(12-1 to 12-8), and when the code is made coincident with a code stored in an incorporated memory, the transfer of the visitor information is not operated. Then, an enterprise information data base 16 provided at the terminal equipment 12-1 can be retrieved, and the detail information of an enterprise to which a visitor is belonging can be captured by each terminal equipment 12-1 to 12-4. Also, a visitor file 15 provided at a main device 11 can be referred to. Then, the retrieval of the enterprise data base 16 provided at the terminal equipment 12-5 can be attained by each terminal equipment 12-6 to 12-8. |
