PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize electrolyte retaining property and give excellent durability for charging and discharging cycle by using a copolymer containing a polymerization unit based on vinylidene fluoride and a polymerization unit based on chlorotrifluoroethylene in a specific ratio as a matrix for the electrolyte and by using a polymer electrolyte which can dissolve lithium salt and salt. SOLUTION: A copolymer containing a polymerization unit based on vinylidene fluoride and a polymerization unit based on chlorotrifluoroethylene in a polymerization ratio of (75/25)-(25/75) is formed as a matrix. Furthermore, solution consisting of solute of lithium salt and solvent which can dissolve the lithium salt is in cluded. A glass transition temperature of the copolymer is preferably not more than 25 deg.C. A solvent which dissolves lithium salt and is contained in the polymer electrolyte is preferably carbonic estel such as propylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate and the like. A lithium salt solution content in the polymer electrolyte is preferably 30-80 wt.%. |
