PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a total heat exchanging type ventilator whose heat exchanging efficiency is high, whose structure is simple and which can be easily attached to an ordinary house having a narrow ceiling. SOLUTION: A front panel 22 having a return air port 23 is attached to a casing 11. An outside air inlet port 20 and an exhaust port 21 and a plurality of indoor air supply ports 24 are provided on surfaces perpendicular to the front panel. A crossflow total heat exchanger 15 is attached to the casing 11. A first blower 13 and a second blower 14 are disposed in upper and lower parts with a motor 12 arranged therebetween and they are opposed to each other between the heat exchanger and the indoor air supply ports 24. Thus, outside air from the outside air inlet port 20 enters the first blower 13 through the heat exchanger, so that it is supplied to a room from the indoor air supply ports 24. The second blower 14 provided in an opposite side to the first blower with respect to the motor 12 takes contaminated air from the return air port of the front panel and exhausts it outside from the exhaust port 21 through the heat exchanger 15. |
