PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of giving a photoreceptor a uniform temperature distribution in its longitudinal direction even in the use of one or a small number of small type dew-condensation preventing heaters. SOLUTION: The one small type dew-condensation preventing heater 104 is disposed on the wall surface 102 of a partition 102, which is on the side situated far away from a photoreceptive drum 12, and in the lower part of the wall surface in the middle of the photoreceptive drum 12 in its longitudinal direction. Also, an opening 106 extending in the longitudinal direction of the photoreceptive drum 12 is made in the partition 102 above the dew-condensation preventing heater 104. The middle part 106a of the opening 106 is smaller in width W than its both ends 106b, and the width of the middle part 106 is about half the width of each end 106b. Also, on the upper edge of the opening 106, a projecting cover 108 extending in the longitudinal direction of the photoreceptive drum 12 is formed. |
