PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation crystal oscillator with an excellent compensation characteristic of a frequency temperature characteristic, a loss characteristic of an oscillation circuit and ease of manufacture of a crystal vibrator. SOLUTION: In a load impedance section of this oscillator consisting of the load impedance section and an active circuit section, a 1st reactance X1 whose temperature coefficient including a zero value (permissible difference standard within±50 ppm/ deg.C) is connected to a thermister resistor section R0 , and a 2nd reactance X2 whose temperature coefficient including a zero value (permissible difference standard within±50 ppm/ deg.C) is connected in parallel with a series connection of the X1 and the R0 , and a 3rd reactance X3 including a zero value (short-circuit) is connected in series with the parallel connection.
