PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive radio signals from a remote TV control part or both a radio computer and a keyboard and to interprete the radio signal. SOLUTION: A computer system is composed of a convergence system 100, a radio transmission type remote control part 200 and a radio transmission type computer keyboard 210. When an IR receiver 204 in the convergence system 100 receives a signal from the remote control part, this signal is reformatted into a format signal having a make code and a break code, converted into a signal equal with the signal from the computer keyboard 210 and sent to a CPU 208. In the case of the signal from the computer keyboard 210, it is not converted. Since the signal received from the remote control part 200 and the signal generated by the computer keyboard 210 are converted into the equal signals and supplied to the CPU 208, the CPU 208 can deal with both the signals. |
