PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a stable value with much higher resolution when setting the value while using an analog manipulator such as a volume. SOLUTION: A value storage means 13 is provided for inhibiting the setting of information with fluctuation while an analog manipulator 1 to be used for setting information is fluctuated within prescribed width reversely to a fluctuating direction set in a direction storage means 15 and even when this analog manipulator 1 is vibrated at the time of setting the analog manipulator 1 near the border of the information setting value, the information is not set by ignoring the detected value of the analog manipulator 1 with the fluctuation. Thus, the stable value can be set with much higher resolution while preventing the information setting value from being fluctuated with the vibrations of the analog manipulator 1. |
